To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us by mail. If the product is already in transit and the customer needs a refund, a 30% refund fee will be charged!

Damaged/wrong order
At Xiaoeihuazai, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, you may receive damaged items, poor quality printing, or incorrect products. Thankfully, this is rather unusual! However, if this is the case, we guarantee 100% satisfaction to all our customers, offering free replacement orders or refunds for affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing an incorrect item, poor print quality, or a damaged area of the item. Please contact us via email and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or refund for you!
Quality issues
We are doing our best to provide excellent quality for every product and customer experience. Only in the rare event of damage or poor print quality will the customer be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please note that we do not accept any returns if there is no damage issue.
We need a photo of the defective item, a specific description of the damaged area, and your order number in order to process it. Contact our team via email now to initiate the refund process and our customer service staff will assist you with the next steps.
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and buy it separately for the new item once the return is accepted. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and mail your refund.
